Entity Picker is not showing up in Blueprint Card Configuration screen.

Whenever I try to install a custom blueprint card, it doesn’t show the entity pickers. I have to change it to a text field and manually enter the ID. Installing Blueprint custom cards doesn’t work at all, but I made a pull request for a fix for that.
