Entities configured as not visible still show in status

Any entity that is part of a device like night light as part of a dimmer switch, that is configured as not visible still shows up in the status although not in a room/area. If an entity is not visible it should not show up anywhere in the dashboard.

Likely, Related to another issue about users that are not visible. Yet another issue exists about disabled items showing up in status as well.
