Cannot install theme to PyCharm

Hi, This is not an issue with the code, but with how to use these themes. When I double click the jar file it shows this error message: image And can't find a place to add the jar file to PyCharm theme either. Please help me to install these themes in PyCharm.

I know it's almost 2 years later, but if you're still wondering, you can go to File -> Settings then search for Color Scheme. On that page, there should be an option to import a scheme.
