Note name change does not immediately propagate into Outine

Changing the name of a note (when editing a note) does not propagate into the Notebook Outline. Reopening the Notebook is needed to make the note name change propagate into the Outline.

Update: it works when saving the note using the 'Remember' button - both the note and its name gets changed correctly. However, it does not work when saving the note by pressing Ctrl+S.

Steps to reproduce:

1. start editing a note by double clicking the note in the right editor panel
2. edit the name of the note
3. press Ctrl+S (the note gets saved, but its name does not change in the Outline)
4. click some other note in the Outline
5. click the original note again - the correct note name as well as the note text appears in the right panel, but the Outline still shows the original note name

I'm aware of this and you are right that it might be confusing. Will fix it.
