Improve aptly automation scripts.

Time vs. impact is not worth it - .deb packages for Debian releases are available (aptly describes per-distribution PPAs structure differences). Just consider switching from stretch to bullseye in the repo structure (which may make old packages invalid, but latest will work).

... switch http://mindforger.com/debian/ to bullseye (only) - it's easy and worth to do:

  • [ ] switch build script to bullseye
  • [ ] add bullseye MindForger .deb for 1.53.0+
  • [ ] build and add HSTR for bullseye (which is in Debian now anyway)
