Buttons on Note Outline view unreadable

I am using a laptop with a 13" screen. The scale is set to 300% and the resolution is 3840 x 2160. These are the recommended settings. Windows 10 / MF 1.52.0

The buttons at the bottom right (Toggle Full Preview and Edit) of the Notes Outline view are shown as follows:

If I edit a note then the buttons Cancel, Properties, Preview, Remember show correctly. If I use a monitor with a lower scaling and resolution the buttons also show correctly.

Tested on Version 1.54.0 with Windows 10 20H2

When looking at the notes of a notebook the View Notebook and Edit buttons are also displayed in the format above
