Half-height mode

How about a "half-height" mode in addition to the "fullscreen" mode? I really like hstr because it gives me (besides other features) more context when browsing my history. Still sometimes I miss however the context of my current terminal. Hence I would prefer to configure a half-height hstr mode :) (if that's possible at all)
