The gem has some problems for freshdesk API V2 cause ml is not supported and return HTTP 415, also the format of parameters change and urls too, it's a good idea to indicate that the gem is just for V1, and make a fat wiki, I can help you if you want

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm no longer using Freshdesk at all, and am also not in a place to actively maintain this project. I added a deprecation notice to the README for now, and will gladly accept any changes you offer.
