Removing "include THC.h" for pytorch 1.10+

For pytorch 1.10+, like pytorch 1.12, the THC.h is removed and all functions are merged to ATen. This may leads to pointops2 install fail.

Thank you very much for your contribution. Currently, we plan to release a new implementation for Transformer with variant-length tokens. So, I will merge your suggestions later on altogether.
