Will not startup from startup folder

I am not sure why, but this doesn't seem to work unless I run as administrator, so placing the EXE in the startup folder will not work for auto-starting.

I know you said that you are taking a break from this project, so I am not expecting a response, but I would like to extend my gratitude for you making this program, because even having to start it manually each boot, this is now a feature that is hard to live without. So, THANK YOU

Files put inside the startup folder will not be opened when they are set to be run as Administrator, try checking https://github.com/dvingerh/tb-vol-scroll/issues/44#issuecomment-1446022014
