I am currently in the process of publishing a paper in the Journal of Instrumentation (IOP Publishing), in which I have included one of your excellent figures originally published in Deep Learning with PyTorch Step-by-Step: A Beginner’s Guide and also shared via your GitHub repository and website.
While I understand that your visuals are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, the journal's editorial office has requested explicit email confirmation of your permission to use the figure in my paper. Proper attribution will, of course, be included in both the figure caption and references, acknowledging your authorship and the original source.
