I want to contribute on this project by translating it in Korean

Hi, I m a student from Korea who are really interested in blockchain tech.

I am in Chung-Ang university(Seoul, Korea) and recently started studying about blockchain. And actually i m not the only one who are studying blockchain in our university.

This code and the article that you wrote in the medium is really famous among us.
(our blockchain team name is 'C-Link') and this is our Facebook page address.->https://www.facebook.com/CAUCLink/ (We didn't posted anything yet but we will start it from next week.)

And then I thought that it might be really helpful to lots of other Korean students who are studying blockchain if it is translated in Korean.

So I want to translate the article in Korean and add some Korean explanation about the code also.

I m thinking to make another branch on it.
