Add Network and Domain filtering

Hi, i found your solution and its really clean and beautiful.

But i don't like trash in hosts file.

And to remove all the trash, I added filtering for domains and networks. For networks, made exclusively for Windows users. I do not know, but it can also be useful for MacOS users.

Updated readme to run Windows + new filtering options.

In the readme, I left a link to your image everywhere, if you accept PR, then it will need to be updated and reloaded to the docker hub.
