New Feature: Add setting to sync from heading to filename or from filename to heading

Add a setting to allow the user to decide how to sync with this two options:

1. Sync from heading to filename. This will rename note file base on note title. (Note: If Heading is blank from line 1 or line 2, don't rename filename)
2. Sync from filename to filename. This will rename note file base on filename.

This would make my life tremendously more easy. All my files I've created with zk3 have numbers as file name. I would like to name the files in accordance with the title, rather than the other way around.
