I associated *.md files to be opened with MarkRight, but when I double-click on any .md file, MarkRight starts with a blank document.
`MarkRight_Windows64.exe` sets off [three detections on VirusTotal.com](https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/6c14a197c40f88f081a2d3c6133c26307e6f7bdd1cda0fee9dd0a499c3653899/analysis/1490377746/). Worth seeing of those can be eliminated.
