@arguser thanks for trying! Are you sure about that? The change [here](https://github.com/dvcrn/proton/pull/284/files#diff-12385fab247f1bba1e65a324a2b706f2) changes the .proton template to use atom-material as the default theme
Are these manually added packages? Did you put them into your `.proton` file?
