Zotero/Notion won't Sync but I haven't changed anything
Describe the issue I have been using notero without issue, but a few days agot Notion and Zotero stopped syncing. I've tried manually hitting the right click - sync to notion option on zotero, but get this error message. Help :(
Notion says it is still conencted to the Zotero database, and vice versa
Hi @marviee96, thanks for sharing this issue. The screenshots are helpful! I'm not entirely sure if I know the cause, but I have a hunch...
In your Notero settings, I see there's no "Upgrade Connection" button, which means Notero is connected to Notion via the new public integration approach (released in v1.0.0) rather than the old internal integration approach. However, in your last screenshot I see your database is connected to an integration called "Notero (take 2)". That looks to be an internal integration rather than the public integration, and I believe that's where the issue may be coming from.
You'll want to connect your database to the public integration which is named "Notero" and has a green "N" icon. (See screenshot below.)
Are you able to select that in your list of connections on your Notion database? If not, you may need to click the "Disconnect" button in the Notero settings and then connect again.
