Delete/ rename created Tags, Collections if they have been modified in Zotero

Thanks for this great plugin. It helps me a lot in my research. I want to ask if it is possible to delete/ rename created Tags, Collections in Notion automatically if they have been modified in Zotero. Now, if I delete/ rename those in Zotero myself, they would still exist as the selection values in the respective fields. For example, if I rename an existing tag, namely "Reading," to "In Progress" in Zotero, the old tag "Reading" still exists in Notion.

I also think this would be very useful. When items in Zotero are moved to a new collection, the old collection path remains in the ‘Collections’ property in Notion. It becomes difficult to filter by collections in Notion because there are too many empty, outdated collection paths.
