The current critical value for characters is the sum of artifacts' critical values, but talent levels, constellations, and weapons should also be considered for characters by default.

Example: In this example, Drekaelric's Shogun Raiden should be better than KẻMộngMơ's because Drekaelric's Shogun Raiden is C3.
