Discord RPC for Snap/Flatpak

The current solution for Discord RPC may not work for Snap/Flatpak, but since these platforms are not yet supported it's not a big deal. This thread is a reminder to test this functionality on these platforms, and maybe replace current package with https://github.com/xhayper/discord-rpc or any other project that works well on sand-boxed platforms.
