Fix Ziggo GO

This fixes live TV and replay, it still contains some unused parts of code but nothing blocking it from working correctly. I updated the links too, although I haven't tested the watchlist. If that only changed web address it should work. Movies and Series do not work and using the search button to start a program can work, but also can't. This isn't meant as good-looking code, it just works. I hope it will for others too.
