"jetson_max_l4t.sh" causes eth0 to crash on TX1

Hi Dustin, running "jetson_max_l4t.sh" at boot (/etc/rc.local) causes an issue with eth0 that disappears from available connection even using "ifconfig". The Wifi network is available, but cannot connect.

I tried replacing it with the similar script available in the latest SDK by @stereolabs and the problem disappears.
