Package 'tensorrt' has no installation candidate

I'm currently running the following bash command on jetson nx with kernal 34.1.1

cd jetson-containers
./scripts/docker_build_jetpack.sh

which occurs error: E: Package 'tensorrt' has no installation candidate E: Unable to locate package python3-libnvinfer-dev

Any workaround?
