Ignore palette

Hi could there be a mode to ignore palette creation/restriction? Use case: I have a big tileset used for various levels, and i dont care for palette for master CHR, only for nametables created by that tileset.

Hello @valdirSalgueiro, this is great suggestion! You bring up an excellent use case for ignoring the number of palettes.

I haven't gotten to develop makechr in a while, but have been meaning to get back to it. Having this feature to add is good motivation to get me back on track. Thanks!

nice, glad you liked it! i tried some quick modifications, but i dont think it is very simple (maybe impossible) since it depends on the color to do a lot of things(tile deduplication for example which makes sense)
