Optional documentation generator with Dgeni

Hi @dustinspecker !

Currently the generator creates annotations for all Angular.js components, but there is no gulp task to generate a documentation from them.

The Angular team created a library called Dgeni to solve this issue. It would be great if we could have another option during project generation via Yo, to opt-in the documentation generator.

That would be awesome and something I wanted to support a long, long time ago. If anyone is interested in submitting a Pull Request that would be awesome.
