Unable to select "Add Bluetooth Rule" from Rules menu in 1.5. Running Mac OS 10.9.2. Bluetooth is enabled.

Apologies if this is a known issue, I could find no references to it in my searches.

Might take about 30 seconds for that to become active/ready. After letting it run for a while does the menu entry become active?

No, I'd been messing with it for about 30 minutes prior to making the report.

Do you have a bluetooth device connected or does the bluetooth preferences show any BT items connected or visible?

If a paired device is connected, then the rule becomes clickable, thanks.

Unfortunately, I guess I misinterpreted the capability of that rule and thought "bluetooth near" was an option. I'll see if I can make this work for me.

I have the same issue, I can't add a bluetooth rule as long as I'm not connected/paired with any BT device. Having a "non-connected bluetooth device near" rule would be awesome (I don't pair my phone with my MacBook usually, but I want to trigger things if my phone is in range or not).
