Widget windows tend to go as small as possible

Hi, While Hollywood starts normally (all possible space is occupied with different widgets) after about several seconds most windows tend to occupy as less as possible space. Seems like after all widgets started the space relocation algorithm tend to make all equal except one (randomly selected).

It actually never reverts or reorder windows again. Both on physical and virtual screens.
