I would like to upload all my existing images (currently on gaufrette) on amazon s3

I added amazon s3 it works but only for my new pictures not for the old ones

That's it: this bundle is not handling any kind of migration. You need to do it somehow else

Im considering to make a command to do this But I dont know , an example would be perfect :)
