i3-cycle backend and packaging on AUR

Hi @mota, thank you for developing this awesome repo; I have been using it for a few years now.

For my use case, I would like to have i3-cycle managed by my package manager (wrapper) in Arch Linux, instead of pip. For this, I am thinking of shipping i3-cycle as an AUR package.

Furthermore, I would also like to port the backend of i3-cycle to i3ipc instead of the current i3-tree/i3-py, since the former involves fewer dependencies and is actively maintained.

My questions:

1. As per my knowledge, there is no existing AUR package for i3-cycle, correct?
2. Would you be willing to review a PR that ports the backend of i3-cycle to i3ipc?
