Sometimes the test passes when it should fail

I wish I had more information on this for you, but I don't at the moment. I'll keep you updated, but this is behavior I've noticed and, well, it's uncool when you're doing TDD :-)

Let me know if there is anything in particular I can do to help figure out what's going on.
