rusk-wallet: Wallet & Keypair generation password

Not sure about this issue, but it seems that the password we have to input when we want to generate keypair on wallet.exe does not like special chars (like # or ~) and have to be only alpha-num

I tried to set up the node 2 times before succeed, and added a password with special char each time (& verified that password is the same in dusk.conf) and always troubles to get dusk service working then

3rd time I tried with only alpha-num char, and then all good, node is running well
