Create `ExclusiveChoice` component

Create a reusable common (lib/dusk) component for selecting one out of multiple choices, presented in a horizontal bar. The underlying HTML should use <input type="radio" /> elements. The component will be used in the migration screen (choice between Ethereum and Binance networks) and the send screen (choice between public and private address).
