Update Rusk-wallet download location

Update the script to retrieve the Rusk-wallet from our Rusk repository instead of retrieving it from the Wallet-cli repository.

Describe "Why" this is needed

This is required because we're moving our Wallet-cli from its own repository to Rusk. See issue #2141 in Rusk.
