python3 compatibility

Hi durchflieger,

the last package requiring python2 on my system is DFAtmo. Thus, I tried migrating it to python3. Using the attached patch I got rid of the compliation error. I tested it with python3, VDR 2.4.6 and DF10CH, which works fine. Untested is both dfatmo-file and dfatmo-serial.
