WebToffee plugin integration consent denied update

Hello, first of all thanks for the amazing plugin!

I'm using the GTM4WP plugin together with the WebToffee GDPR Cookie Consent plugin and am seeing that the cookie_consent_update event isn't triggered when the consent is denied (in a previous page or directly). It works correctly when (partially) approved.

I'm not sure where it fails in the code since window.CLI.consent is also available when the consent is fully denied:

I use the same integration on https://gtm4wp.com/ and it works for me. When I select to chose options and does not grant any non-necessary category, cookie_consent_update is still fired.

Could you post the URL of your site so that I can have a look at it?
