Added Travis CI

Added Travis CI where it will run the file currently in the tests folder. Also modified dev-requirement texts so it specifies the version of black. Finally, added a comment so the ./tests/init.py is not empty. Once again apologies for multiple commits, could you please squash them when merging the branch.

Hey Joshua! I'm Kai, an intern at Duo working on this project. Sorry for the slow reply. We are working on making a big merge to master happen for this Thursday. Once that change is made you should review your changes, modify them according to the new changes we will have merged, and then we will review what you have. Just so you know, support for Gitlab CI will be added in our Thursday change.
