I have uploaded several test files with name "annotation" in the "testdata" folder. They are the same test data whose sites were labeled with "#" if they are positive sites. They are "testing_proteins_withaanotation_STY.fast" corresponding to "testing_proteins_STY.fasta", and "testing_proteins_CK2_withannotation.fasta" corresponding to "testing_proteins_CK2" ...
