Feature request: custom statuses

It'd be really great if we could create our own statuses for reports. It looks like the statuses are currently hard-coded, but we could add a form to the dashboard to create a new status/set a default, and store them in the datastore instead of hard-coding them. We're happy to open a PR for this, if this is a feature you'd like.
