Add support for transit gateways

Need to collect ec2:describe-transit-gateway-attachments and add the TransitGatewayOwnerId to the web of trust.

Is this an ongoing request, or does cloudmapper support transit gateways? If so, please can you let me know what to do to get it working? :)
