Preserve file creation and modification times on restore

Currently, restored files are created as new files. This change preserves the atime and mtime metadata extracted from the backup.

On Ubuntu, this is getting me 1970 a lot when I integrated it into some of my changes, may take a deeper look, cause this sounds like a great features
