ScreamReader resets volume levels

Hi,

Every time I start up ScreamReader, or a new stream starts on ScreamReader (I think that's also a trigger), and also possibly when I close it, it sets the volume level of my default audio device to 100%. This is pretty inconvenient as this is way too loud and I have to bring it back down to 50% every time, so ScreamReader is pretty much unusable to me.
