Getting a HTTP 301

I've tried running this and hooking up an IPTV app that I'm familiar with to this server and the channels all display correctly but none of the channels will play. I'm getting the following in the debug window.

https://<MY_IPTV_PROVIDER>.m3u8: Code 301 with headers { date: 'Mon, 19 Apr 2021 22:54:24 GMT',
