For flat rides mirroring doesn't work as it tries to replace the track with the wrong item. In addtion 2x2 flat rides can't be mirrored. At least not easily. You...

It sounds like you have not installed the game correctly as sounds are now loaded from object files. Install the game correctly and it should be corrected.

I would do it the other way round put the +1 back into the scenery placement and revert the +1 from the `SceneryQuadrantOffsets`

There is a limit on how many scenery tabs you can have atm. Have you checked the misc scenery tab for your items.
