Trying to send telegram report with no luck

Hi there, Im making a report with telegram sending parameter. i put in the configuration line notify.telegram_id_1 This notification ID works 100% because it used all the way on my HA, But when i make a report i get nothing on telegram, (txt file is normaly generated)

Same here. Any luck on fixing it?

One should explicitly set Send notification flag in action parameters even when Notification action (service) parameter is set. This behavior seems unintuitive and will be corrected in a next version.
