Lately when I use it, the left mouse button suddenly doesn't work unless I close the AutoHotPie process in the task manager.

This is a known issue (#38) but for the time being I've added a band-aid fix:

Esc will unblock LMB when the "Escape key exits pie menu" setting is enabled.
