Allow RMB to cancel a Pie Menu

Makes sense because RMB is available on that mouse and it's a quicker way to exit a menu compared to ESC or an escape radius.

This has to be conditional based on whether the user sets the pie key, pie modifier key, or any slice keys to RMB. This can work in all launch modes. This should also be an optional setting.
