Bug: Inconsistant slices names if the user adds or deletes slices

If you add or delete slices, their name doesn't change accordingly to the number of slices.

• If you add a new slice, there shouldn't be two "Slice 1".

• If there are six slices, deleting "Slice 1", AutoHotPie shouldn't name the first slice "Slice 2", but should rename all slices "Slice 1, Slice 2, Slice 3, Slice 4, Slice 5, Slice 6... on the fly.

Haha yeah this is one of those issues I sort of decided "ehh... it's only aesthetic I won't worry about it". Simpler solution, what if every slice just says "New Slice"? Now that I think about it I don't really see a need to number these.

I agree. There's no real need for these numbers.
