[Bug] "In-menu hotkey action" does not work when Mouse Button 4 or 5 is set as an activator

When Mouse button 4 or 5 is used as an activator in activation mode: "Hover over all selections" and "In-menu hotkey action" is set as "Exit Menu" the opened Pie Menu is almost unescapable (without triggering a slice) if global option to use Esc for exiting is not enabled. Keyword here is: "Almost unescapable" as spamming ESC and slightly moving the mouse in a circle, without hovering over slices, can cause the menu to close (it can also trigger the slice without hovering over it), but I consider this to be a bug, rather than a feature ;)

This issue was first observed in 1.0.20 and reported as part of the issue #56

That will not be a problem, since my goal for Pie Menu is to use it with Mouse Button 4 or 5 👍 Add to that the ability to launch Pie Menu on AHK key down event (#44), cycle with scroll wheel (#58) and perfect utility program is born 😉
