Left Click gets blocked
When a pie menu runs, LMB gets blocked as to prevent LMB from affecting other apps while the pie menu is being used (Mentioned in #21). When the pie menu disappears, LMB is unblocked. Sometimes LMB does NOT get unblocked and result in LMB not working until AutoHotPie is restarted.
If anybody runs into this issue, feel free to post here if there was any specific action that seemed to cause this to happen.
I've figured out where it's coming from, in my case at least.
For context I have a Pie Menu with an F2 Pie Key and opens up in either explorer.exe and Illustrator.exe
I have another Pie Menu with a Backquote Pie Key that opens up only in explorer.exe
If both are enabled and explorer.exe is the active window, pressing F2 won't show any Pie Menu and block left clicks unless restarted from the system tray. Backquote works just fine.
If I disable the Backquote Pie Menu and leave the F2 Pie Menu enabled, the issue disappears.
Running into this issue frequently, I have a specific profile for 3DS Max.exe Shift + E that I use, whenever I tab out from the active window I also end up having my left click blocked, I end up having to go into task manager and ending the Autopie process to fix it.
I really want to use this more as it's really helping speed stuff up, it's just a bit of a headache when it locks up. Love the work you've put into this so far though!
@Laniakeaaaa I've been trying to get this bug for a while, it may be time for a quick band-aid solution. ESC cancels a pie menu, but I can also set it up to unblock LMB if it is blocked just for the meantime. Only way I can get some kind of fix out this week.
Knowing it could be related to tabbing windows is new info though, thank you!
Esc should now unblock LMB when the "Escape key exits pie menu" setting is enabled in v1.0.24

This continues to be an issue with XButton1 and XButton2 (my pie-hotkeys of choice), even after upgrading to v1.0.24 and ensuring "Escape key exits pie menu" is enabled.
Hopefully the fix is as easy as extending whatever you did for LMB to the other mouse inputs?
