Right mouse to exit menu

My one hand is on keyboard and the other on mouse im forced to use Hover over all selections (because https://github.com/dumbeau/AutoHotPie/issues/42) Sometimes i need to exit pie without activating any items. Escape is very far :D would be handy if RMB or some other assignable mouse button would close the pie menu.
